The idea for creating Great Lakes Home Inspectors came about several years ago. Zac Benkert had worked with many home inspectors and noticed a wide variance in quality and detail; when his associate Dan Porath began investing in real estate, they decided together that they could perform quality home inspections that could stand up to any professional standards. Zac and Dan have each completed 120 hours of training through Inspection Certification Associates (ICA) and are associate members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI); each brings years of experience to every home inspection.
